1. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all services and products provided by AI Money System through this website. By accessing the course, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All content provided within the course (video, text, graphics, methods, prompts) is the intellectual property of AI Money System. Sharing, redistributing, or selling your access or the course content to third parties is strictly prohibited.

Access is granted to one individual user per purchase.
Commercial use of the methods taught is encouraged, but commercial redistribution of the learning materials themselves is forbidden.

3. Access to Digital Content

The course is a digital product. Following purchase and activation, the user receives access to the members' area. We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to technical maintenance or external provider issues (Vercel, Supabase).

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Payments are handled securely via Stripe. Due to the nature of digital products, where access is granted immediately, refunds are generally not provided once the content has been accessed, unless required by law.

5. Disclaimer of Earnings

While the methods taught in this course have been successful for many, we do not guarantee any specific financial results. Success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and consistency.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Berlin.
